Controller

Ms. Hoffman is responsible for directing the organization's day to day accounting functions. In addition, she assists with budgeting and financial analysis of potential development projects and coordinates with upper management on strategic planning issues involving new loan acquisitions (construction and permanent), new business opportunities, and new regulation.

Ms. Hoffman has over nine years of accounting and finance experience in the areas of auditing, financial reporting, financial analysis and forecasting. She most recently held a position as Manager of Financial Reporting for a publicly traded retail company, where she was responsible for financial statement review and analysis as well as preparation, review and filing of all SEC required documents. Ms. Hoffman’s other experience includes a position as Senior Financial Analyst for a mortgage servicing company and a position as Senior Accountant for Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 energy services company. Ms. Hoffman started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP after attaining her undergraduate degree in Business Management from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
