Vice President of Construction
Mr. Parry is responsible for overseeing
all construction and project management activities on Santa
Fe Partners’ development projects, as well as overseeing
all construction work contracted by Webcor Builders in Utah.
Mr. Parry is currently responsible for the planning, estimating
and scheduling of the Quarry Village Retail Center, located
in Park City, Utah; which consists of eight buildings, totaling
116,451 square feet, and is located on nine acres as well
as Santa Fe Place, a 45-unit residential rehabilitation of
an existing warehouse in San Francisco and the Glassworks,
a mixed use building with 18,000 square feet of office and
5 residential units also in San Francisco.. Mr. Parry will
be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the site, shell
and interior construction. Mr. Parry will also be involved
in the due diligence and analysis of all potential development
projects for Santa Fe Partners.
Mr. Parry has a wide variety
of construction experience overseeing several different
product types, including: commercial office,
light industrial, tenant improvements, hotel, resort, and
high-end custom residential. Some specific projects include
the 352 room,17 story Omni Hotel, located in the downtown
San Francisco financial district; the Thunder Spring Resort
Project, a mixed use of parking structures, office space
and high-end residential condominiums, located in Sun Valley,
Idaho; The Great Mall of the Bay Area, a conversion of
a former Ford Motor auto plant into a 1,600,000 s.f. factory
outlet retail center; the 1st Nationwide Bank Campus Facility,
a 300,000 s.f. office complex including complete tenant
improvement
build-out, located in West Sacramento, California. Mr.
Parry has a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
