Quarry Village is a 180,000 square foot Albertson’s-anchored retail village center in the thriving Park City, UT basin. The site consists of 9 buildings laid out in a unique ‘Main Street’ alignment to engender a sense of place and community for the local residents and visitors to Park City. Serving the growing communities of Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook and Summit Park, Quarry Village is the first master planned retail project in this area to be awarded by the Summit County Planning Department. In little more than a year, Santa Fe Partners has received all of the necessary city and county approvals and commenced construction in March 2004 with over 94% of the initial phase leased. Santa Fe Partners will begin construction on phase II in April 2006.
